Spot Cleaning Guide
There are several ways to spot clean your fabrics. For light stains or marks such as shoe scuffs or pet paw prints, simply use a dry paper towel to gently wipe them away. For slightly more stubborn stains, use wet wipes with mild cleaning agents (such as Clorox wipes) or a carpet stain remover (such as Folex). For heavier stains, we recommend using an upholstery cleaner (such as the Bissell Little Green Machine). If the above methods do not fully remove the stain, please refer to the washing instructions below.
Washing Instructions
Cleaning your fabrics at home is simple. For machine wash, select Cold water and the Delicate cycle, and use any mild detergent. Avoid detergents or pods that contain bleach. After washing, we recommend air-drying your fabrics. If using a dryer, select Tumble Dry, No Heat. Professional dry cleaning is also suitable and helps prolong the lifespan of your fabrics.
Keeping White Covers Fresh
To keep your white fabrics bright and refreshed, soak them occasionally in whitening and stain-removing powders such as OxiClean. Place the covers in warm water with a generous amount of OxiClean every few months to maintain their freshness and whiteness.
Keeping Fabrics Showroom Crisp
To maintain a smooth and crisp look, steam your fabrics regularly, especially after washing. This will effectively remove wrinkles and keep the covers looking as neat as they do in a showroom.
At YEEROLE, we are committed to creating products that are durable, life-friendly, and of the highest quality. We are proud to offer a five-year limited warranty, as defined below, for our couches and recliners.
Who is Covered?
This Limited Warranty extends only to the customer who (a) originally purchased the Covered Product directly from YEEROLE, (b) is located in the continental United States, and (c) is using the Covered Product for non-commercial, in-home use only. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. The original order number is required for all warranty claims.
What are the Covered Products and Applicable Warranty Periods?
Covered Products are YEEROLE couches and recliners that have been manufactured and sold by YEEROLE in the United States, are owned by the original purchaser, and are used exclusively in residential, non-commercial settings. During the applicable Warranty Period, this Limited Warranty provides remedies for any Covered Product found to have defects in materials or workmanship (defects introduced during the manufacturing process that affect structural or mechanical performance, or substantially alter appearance) when used under normal conditions in a residential setting (“Defective Products”).
Covered Products
Couches and Recliners
All structural and mechanical components (including Recliners, Remote, Seat Frames, Sides, Headrests, Connectors, Feet, Seat Cushions, and Back Pillows) are covered by a 5-year warranty from the Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.
Fabric Covers (all fabric options, including Linen, Velvet, Bouclé, Corduroy, Pet-Friendly, etc.) are covered by a 2-year warranty from the Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.
What is Not Covered under this Limited Warranty?
Products used for rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential purposes.
Damage caused by excessive soiling (stains), improper cleaning or treatment, perforations, abuse, abnormal use, or use contrary to the care instructions provided.
How do I Obtain Warranty Service?
To request a replacement or refund for a Defective Product under this Limited Warranty (“Warranty Service”), please contact our Customer Service Team during the applicable Warranty Period by:

Important Information
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these warranties are your exclusive remedy. No other warranties, express or implied—including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—apply.
In no event will YEEROLE be liable for incidental or consequential damages, even if advised in advance that such damages were possible. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. If the exclusions do not apply, then—where legally permissible—such warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period, and no warranties apply after that period.
What are my Remedies under this Limited Warranty?
If YEEROLE receives a valid claim for a Defective Product within the applicable Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, either:
(a) repair the Defective Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
(b) exchange the Defective Product with a new or refurbished product.
If repair or replacement is not reasonable, YEEROLE may choose to refund the purchase price paid for the Defective Product instead.
You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges related to the delivery of a repaired or replacement product.
Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) calendar days, whichever is longer.
We sincerely hope you love your YEEROLE products and are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns requested after 30 days for non-quality issues will not be accepted; however, for quality issues, we may provide replacement or repair services.
Important Notes

Returns and exchanges can only be shipped from the original delivery address and are limited to the 48 contiguous United States.

Products must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, free from damage, and suitable for resale, and must include the original packaging.

For vacuum-packed products, if opened and cannot be restored to the original factory condition, even if undamaged, a restocking fee of 20% of the order value will apply.

YEEROLE reserves the right to determine whether returned items are suitable for resale.

To request a return, please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return, and include clear photos or videos to verify the product condition.

We will first provide a reasonable solution based on the specific situation, including replacement, repair, or other remedies; if the issue cannot be resolved, the return process will be followed.
Return Fees

Quality Issues or Wrong Item Shipped: For products with defects or shipping damage that cannot be resolved through replacement, repair, or other remedies, return shipping is $0, and the restocking fee is $0.

Non-Quality Issue Returns: For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, comfort preference, size or color mismatch), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must pay a 20% restocking fee of the order value.

Once your order is confirmed eligible for return, we will provide an authorized return address and coordinate the return process. Please note: products sent without authorization will not be eligible for refund.

Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them within 7 days. For items that meet the return requirements, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after inspection.

For returns due to personal reasons, original shipping fees (including curbside delivery, in-home delivery, and white-glove service) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Orders

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it immediately. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, repair, or other remedy.

In-Stock Items: You may cancel your order for a full refund free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Custom / Pre-Order / Out-of-Stock Items: All custom, pre-order, and out-of-stock items are made to order based on your selected configurations, materials, or specific requests. You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing the order. After the 24-hour period, your order will enter production. Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged, even if the item has not yet been shipped. Please carefully review and verify all selected configurations and other relevant information before placing your order, and pay particular attention to this time limit.

After months of research, we landed on this couch and we are so glad we bought it! We love the green color and you can tell that the fabric is going to be good for kids and pets, as it’s easy to clean. We absolutely love the reclining function and the fact that I can charge my phone easily. The headrest are a little strange on the recliners—they remind me of car headrests where you have to manually pull them up, except these just pop completely out if you pull them up too far. I wish that they could be controlled by the remote instead of being manual pull-up headrest. I also wish they changed nonfunctional headrests so that they are securely attached to the sofa seat instead of being a “pillow” that sits on top of it (in my opinion, this kind of cheapens the look of the couch because the reclining headrest look a little different than decorative headrest.) We really do love the couch though, and we wouldn’t have gone with anything else as it hit all of the requirements we needed for our sunken in living room. We waited about 10 weeks for our couch, but it was totally worth it!
Received the couch and it was very simple to put together and move around. The fabric is great since we have two dogs. It's been great and very comfortable.

I purchased two sofas that I was able to customize for my family. I was looking for comfortable plush sofa that reclines for my family to enjoy in the family room where we mostly gather to play games or watch tv. I was able to customize the sofas so everyone has a reclining seat. I was able to choose the fabric from the many choices they had. Once arrived, my husband and son put it together within two hours. The wood frame is so solid and feels sturdy enough to last. The fabric is also thick and high quality. The sofas came with remotes for each individual seat to recline as well as buttons hidden inside the sofa. The headrest also adjusts and tilts. It supports your body including head and legs comfortably. It also has hidden charging ports. The covers are durable and washable and removable. They can easily be replaced with other fabric choice that they have. The customer service was above and beyond. They responded to every email and helped me every step of the process. I would definitely recommend these sofas and am considering ordering another set for my media room.

This comfortable couch has such a lavish appeal that pampers our bottoms and a firmness that keeps my finicky backside feeling therapeutic. It’s truly soft where you need it to be, and firm for just the right amount of lumbar support.
It’s gorgeous to look at, designed for super simple assembly and the weight capacity is enough for my whole family to enjoy. The plush fabric material is soft and comforting to the touch.
And it compliments the decor of my home living room perfectly. While the length and size of the couch itself is quite generous; seating three nice size bodies comfortably for an extended tv viewing period.

Beautiful the most bit said that anyone can buy if you have cats. This is so awesome. The weave is so tight that I was looking for ever for something like this they say velvet is a good material and then I want it velvet. This is so beautiful. I love it. I recommend for anybody this is so comfortable and good for the price.

I really like this couch! It’s cute and has a decent amount of cushion space for it’s size. The assembly was easy, I was able to do it alone. HOWEVER, it is HEAVYYYY upon delivery so you will definitely need help transporting it inside.
I honestly wasn't expecting much but the quality and sturdiness of this couch is awesome!! The cushions are firm but comfortable, it's large enough to fit 2 adults and a child comfortably. The wide arms are perfect!!! They hold your phone, the remote or just nice to lean on. It's super functional. The material is fantastic especially if you have dogs as it doesn't collect a lot of hair. Installing was a bit hard for me as I didn't have someone to help hold the other side while putting the frame on. But it was relatively easy. I put one bit on backwards but it was very easy to take off and do it the right way. I'm shocked honestly at the sturdiness of a couch that we bought online. I would say this is as good quality as a couch you would buy in store. Highly recommend!
Really happy with this couch! It’s the perfect size for my small living room and doesn’t take up too much space. Super easy to put together—did it myself in under 30 minutes with no tools needed. The cushions are firm but still comfy to sit on, and it actually looks more expensive than it is. The fabric feels soft and the color is exactly what I expected. It’s also light enough to move around by myself.
Large enough for 3 people. Deep seats. Pretty white color, just as pictured. Arrived quicker than expected. Cushion seat and back covers can be unzipped and cleaned as necessary.

I don’t do reviews but this couch and the company are amazing! This sectional is everything I wanted in a sofa! It’s modular, oversized seats, recliners and ottoman, chargers and cup holders. It’s super comfy, not too firm and not too soft. Set up was so easy, I could’ve done everything on my own but definitely needed help carrying the boxes in. The seats are huge and deep. The recliners lay back so far and don't have to worry about it hitting the walls.
