We truly hope you love your YEEROLE products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the policies set forth below. Returns requested after 14 days will only be accepted for quality-related issues and not for other reasons.

Please note: Returns and exchanges can only be accepted from the address it was originally delivered to, within the 48 contiguous US states.

Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, sellable, and with the original packaging. YEEROLE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sellable condition.

Returns made within 14 days of delivery:

  • $0 return shipping, $0 restocking fee — for returns due to either buyer’s reason or seller’s reason, YEEROLE covers all return shipping and restocking fees.

  • Returns must be in original packaging. If original packaging is missing, a restocking fee may apply.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Please email us at support@yeerolehome.com with your order number and the reason(s) you wish to return.

  • If your order is eligible for return, we will coordinate the return process with you. The authorized return address will be provided in our reply email once your return request is approved. Once we receive your returned merchandise, our team will inspect it within 7 days.

  • If the merchandise meets the return requirements listed above, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 days after inspection is completed.

Damaged or Defective Orders:

Defective or damaged orders should be reported immediately upon receipt. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
