We sincerely hope you love your YEEROLE products and are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns requested after 14 days for non-quality issues will not be accepted; however, for quality issues, we may provide replacement or repair services.
Important Notes

Returns and exchanges can only be shipped from the original delivery address and are limited to the 48 contiguous United States.

Products must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, free from damage, and suitable for resale, and must include the original packaging.

For vacuum-packed products, if opened and cannot be restored to the original factory condition, even if undamaged, a restocking fee of 20% of the order value will apply.

YEEROLE reserves the right to determine whether returned items are suitable for resale.
Return Request Requirements

To request a return, please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return, and include clear photos or videos to verify the product condition.

We will first provide a reasonable solution based on the specific situation, including replacement, repair, or other remedies; if the issue cannot be resolved, the return process will be followed.
Return Fees

Quality Issues or Wrong Item Shipped: For products with defects or shipping damage that cannot be resolved through replacement, repair, or other remedies, return shipping is $0, and the restocking fee is $0.

Non-Quality Issue Returns: For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, comfort preference, size or color mismatch), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must pay a 20% restocking fee of the order value.
Partial Returns

Please contact customer service to coordinate partial returns. Return fees will be calculated based on the actual value of the returned items.
How to Initiate a Return

Email support@yeerolehome.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your order is confirmed eligible for return, we will provide an authorized return address and coordinate the return process. Please note: products sent without authorization will not be eligible for refund.

Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them within 7 days. For items that meet the return requirements, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after inspection.

For returns due to personal reasons, original shipping fees (including curbside delivery, in-home delivery, and white-glove service) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Orders

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it immediately. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, repair, or other remedy.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
