At YEEROLE, we are committed to creating products that are durable, life-friendly, and of the highest quality. We are proud to offer a three-year limited warranty, as defined below, for our couches and recliners.

Who is Covered?

This Limited Warranty extends only to the customer who (a) originally purchased the Covered Product directly from YEEROLE, (b) is located in the continental United States, and (c) is using the Covered Product for non-commercial, in-home use only. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. The original order number is required for all warranty claims.

What are the Covered Products and Applicable Warranty Periods?

Covered Products are YEEROLE couches and recliners that have been manufactured and sold by YEEROLE in the United States, are owned by the original purchaser, and are used exclusively in residential, non-commercial settings. During the applicable Warranty Period, this Limited Warranty provides remedies for any Covered Product found to have defects in materials or workmanship (defects introduced during the manufacturing process that affect structural or mechanical performance, or substantially alter appearance) when used under normal conditions in a residential setting (“Defective Products”).

Covered Products

Couches and Recliners

All structural and mechanical components (including Recliners, Remote, Seat Frames, Sides, Headrests, Connectors, Feet, Seat Cushions, and Back Pillows) are covered by a 3-year warranty from the Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.

Fabric Covers (all fabric options, including Linen, Velvet, Bouclé, Corduroy, Pet-Friendly, etc.) are covered by an 18-month warranty from the Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.

What is Not Covered under this Limited Warranty?

Products used for rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential purposes.

Damage caused by excessive soiling (stains), improper cleaning or treatment, perforations, abuse, abnormal use, or use contrary to the care instructions provided.

How do I Obtain Warranty Service?

To request a replacement or refund for a Defective Product under this Limited Warranty (“Warranty Service”), please contact our Customer Service Team during the applicable Warranty Period by:

You will need to provide your order number, along with photos and a description of the defect.

Important Information

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these warranties are your exclusive remedy. No other warranties, express or implied—including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—apply.

In no event will YEEROLE be liable for incidental or consequential damages, even if advised in advance that such damages were possible. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. If the exclusions do not apply, then—where legally permissible—such warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period, and no warranties apply after that period.

What are my Remedies under this Limited Warranty?

If YEEROLE receives a valid claim for a Defective Product within the applicable Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, either:
(a) repair the Defective Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
(b) exchange the Defective Product with a new or refurbished product.

If repair or replacement is not reasonable, YEEROLE may choose to refund the purchase price paid for the Defective Product instead.

You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges related to the delivery of a repaired or replacement product.

Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) calendar days, whichever is longer.
