Care & Clean

Spot Cleaning Guide
There are several ways to spot clean your fabrics. For light stains or marks such as shoe scuffs or pet paw prints, simply use a dry paper towel to gently wipe them away. For slightly more stubborn stains, use wet wipes with mild cleaning agents (such as Clorox wipes) or a carpet stain remover (such as Folex). For heavier stains, we recommend using an upholstery cleaner (such as the Bissell Little Green Machine). If the above methods do not fully remove the stain, please refer to the washing instructions below.

Washing Instructions
Cleaning your fabrics at home is simple. For machine wash, select Cold water and the Delicate cycle, and use any mild detergent. Avoid detergents or pods that contain bleach. After washing, we recommend air-drying your fabrics. If using a dryer, select Tumble Dry, No Heat. Professional dry cleaning is also suitable and helps prolong the lifespan of your fabrics.

Keeping White Covers Fresh
To keep your white fabrics bright and refreshed, soak them occasionally in whitening and stain-removing powders such as OxiClean. Place the covers in warm water with a generous amount of OxiClean every few months to maintain their freshness and whiteness.

Keeping Fabrics Showroom Crisp
To maintain a smooth and crisp look, steam your fabrics regularly, especially after washing. This will effectively remove wrinkles and keep the covers looking as neat as they do in a showroom.

5-Year Warranty

At YEEROLE, we are committed to creating products that are durable, life-friendly, and of the highest quality. We are proud to offer a five-year limited warranty, as defined below, for our couches and recliners.

Who is Covered?

This Limited Warranty extends only to the customer who (a) originally purchased the Covered Product directly from YEEROLE, (b) is located in the continental United States, and (c) is using the Covered Product for non-commercial, in-home use only. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. The original order number is required for all warranty claims.

What are the Covered Products and Applicable Warranty Periods?

Covered Products are YEEROLE couches and recliners that have been manufactured and sold by YEEROLE in the United States, are owned by the original purchaser, and are used exclusively in residential, non-commercial settings. During the applicable Warranty Period, this Limited Warranty provides remedies for any Covered Product found to have defects in materials or workmanship (defects introduced during the manufacturing process that affect structural or mechanical performance, or substantially alter appearance) when used under normal conditions in a residential setting (“Defective Products”).

Covered Products

Couches and Recliners
All structural and mechanical components (including Recliners, Remote, Seat Frames, Sides, Headrests, Connectors, Feet, Seat Cushions, and Back Pillows) are covered by a 5-year warranty from the Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.

Fabric Covers (all fabric options, including Linen, Velvet, Bouclé, Corduroy, Pet-Friendly, etc.) are covered by a 2-year warranty from the Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.

What is Not Covered under this Limited Warranty?

Products used for rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential purposes.

Damage caused by excessive soiling (stains), improper cleaning or treatment, perforations, abuse, abnormal use, or use contrary to the care instructions provided.

How do I Obtain Warranty Service?

To request a replacement or refund for a Defective Product under this Limited Warranty (“Warranty Service”), please contact our Customer Service Team during the applicable Warranty Period by:

You will need to provide your order number, along with photos and a description of the defect.

Important Information

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these warranties are your exclusive remedy. No other warranties, express or implied—including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—apply.

In no event will YEEROLE be liable for incidental or consequential damages, even if advised in advance that such damages were possible. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. If the exclusions do not apply, then—where legally permissible—such warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period, and no warranties apply after that period.

What are my Remedies under this Limited Warranty?

If YEEROLE receives a valid claim for a Defective Product within the applicable Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, either:
(a) repair the Defective Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
(b) exchange the Defective Product with a new or refurbished product.

If repair or replacement is not reasonable, YEEROLE may choose to refund the purchase price paid for the Defective Product instead.

You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges related to the delivery of a repaired or replacement product.

Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) calendar days, whichever is longer.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email support@yeerolehome.com at first.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method providing tracking information.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Returns made within 14 days of delivery:

  • All returns incur the cost of flat-fee return shipping:

    • For orders containing 3 seats or less: $600

    • For orders containing 4 seats or more: $800

Returns made between 15 and 30 days after delivery:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies.

  • The fee is calculated based on the order value prior to any discounts or special offers, with a minimum fee of $600.

For partial returns:

  • Please reach out to our customer service team for return shipping quotes.

Non-returnable items:

  • On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

General Return Process

  • Initiate a return: Please email us at support@yeerolehome.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
  • Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge

  • If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
  • If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@yeerolehome.com.

Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

Beautiful and comfortable

I spent a lot of time browsing YEEROLE’s website before finally deciding on the CloudLuxe — and wow, it did not disappoint! The color is soft yet easy to keep clean, and the velvet fabric feels so smooth and luxurious. I went with the trendy Olive Green shade, and it looks amazing in my space. I ordered the 6-seat modular setup with two recliners, and I love that I can move each piece around however I want. I’m planning to put a plant and a lamp in the corner for a cozy vibe — it’s just perfect! The recliners make binge-watching shows even more relaxing, and you can really tell the attention to detail in every part of the design — even the footrest height is spot on. Highly, highly recommend!
