Care & Clean

Spot Cleaning Guide
There are several ways to spot clean your fabrics. For light stains or marks such as shoe scuffs or pet paw prints, simply use a dry paper towel to gently wipe them away. For slightly more stubborn stains, use wet wipes with mild cleaning agents (such as Clorox wipes) or a carpet stain remover (such as Folex). For heavier stains, we recommend using an upholstery cleaner (such as the Bissell Little Green Machine). If the above methods do not fully remove the stain, please refer to the washing instructions below.

Washing Instructions
Cleaning your fabrics at home is simple. For machine wash, select Cold water and the Delicate cycle, and use any mild detergent. Avoid detergents or pods that contain bleach. After washing, we recommend air-drying your fabrics. If using a dryer, select Tumble Dry, No Heat. Professional dry cleaning is also suitable and helps prolong the lifespan of your fabrics.

Keeping White Covers Fresh
To keep your white fabrics bright and refreshed, soak them occasionally in whitening and stain-removing powders such as OxiClean. Place the covers in warm water with a generous amount of OxiClean every few months to maintain their freshness and whiteness.

Keeping Fabrics Showroom Crisp
To maintain a smooth and crisp look, steam your fabrics regularly, especially after washing. This will effectively remove wrinkles and keep the covers looking as neat as they do in a showroom.

5-Year Warranty

At YEEROLE, we are committed to creating products that are durable, life-friendly, and of the highest quality. We are proud to offer a five-year limited warranty, as defined below, for our couches and recliners.

Who is Covered?

This Limited Warranty extends only to the customer who (a) originally purchased the Covered Product directly from YEEROLE, (b) is located in the continental United States, and (c) is using the Covered Product for non-commercial, in-home use only. It does not extend to any subsequent owner. The original order number is required for all warranty claims.

What are the Covered Products and Applicable Warranty Periods?

Covered Products are YEEROLE couches and recliners that have been manufactured and sold by YEEROLE in the United States, are owned by the original purchaser, and are used exclusively in residential, non-commercial settings. During the applicable Warranty Period, this Limited Warranty provides remedies for any Covered Product found to have defects in materials or workmanship (defects introduced during the manufacturing process that affect structural or mechanical performance, or substantially alter appearance) when used under normal conditions in a residential setting (“Defective Products”).

Covered Products

Couches and Recliners
All structural and mechanical components (including Recliners, Remote, Seat Frames, Sides, Headrests, Connectors, Feet, Seat Cushions, and Back Pillows) are covered by a 5-year warranty from the Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.

Fabric Covers (all fabric options, including Linen, Velvet, Bouclé, Corduroy, Pet-Friendly, etc.) are covered by a 2-year warranty from the Date of Purchase against manufacturer defects.

What is Not Covered under this Limited Warranty?

Products used for rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential purposes.

Damage caused by excessive soiling (stains), improper cleaning or treatment, perforations, abuse, abnormal use, or use contrary to the care instructions provided.

How do I Obtain Warranty Service?

To request a replacement or refund for a Defective Product under this Limited Warranty (“Warranty Service”), please contact our Customer Service Team during the applicable Warranty Period by:

You will need to provide your order number, along with photos and a description of the defect.

Important Information

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these warranties are your exclusive remedy. No other warranties, express or implied—including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—apply.

In no event will YEEROLE be liable for incidental or consequential damages, even if advised in advance that such damages were possible. These warranties give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. If the exclusions do not apply, then—where legally permissible—such warranties are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period, and no warranties apply after that period.

What are my Remedies under this Limited Warranty?

If YEEROLE receives a valid claim for a Defective Product within the applicable Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, either:
(a) repair the Defective Product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or
(b) exchange the Defective Product with a new or refurbished product.

If repair or replacement is not reasonable, YEEROLE may choose to refund the purchase price paid for the Defective Product instead.

You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges related to the delivery of a repaired or replacement product.

Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) calendar days, whichever is longer.

Return Policy

We sincerely hope you love your YEEROLE products and are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns requested after 14 days for non-quality issues will not be accepted; however, for quality issues, we may provide replacement or repair services.

Important Notes

  • Returns and exchanges can only be shipped from the original delivery address and are limited to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, in original condition, free from damage, and suitable for resale, and must include the original packaging.

  • For vacuum-packed products, if opened and cannot be restored to the original factory condition, even if undamaged, a restocking fee of 20% of the order value will apply.

  • YEEROLE reserves the right to determine whether returned items are suitable for resale.

Return Request Requirements

  • To request a return, please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return, and include clear photos or videos to verify the product condition.

  • We will first provide a reasonable solution based on the specific situation, including replacement, repair, or other remedies; if the issue cannot be resolved, the return process will be followed.

Return Fees

  • Quality Issues or Wrong Item Shipped: For products with defects or shipping damage that cannot be resolved through replacement, repair, or other remedies, return shipping is $0, and the restocking fee is $0.

  • Non-Quality Issue Returns: For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, comfort preference, size or color mismatch), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must pay a 20% restocking fee of the order value.

Partial Returns

  • Please contact customer service to coordinate partial returns. Return fees will be calculated based on the actual value of the returned items.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email support@yeerolehome.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once your order is confirmed eligible for return, we will provide an authorized return address and coordinate the return process. Please note: products sent without authorization will not be eligible for refund.

  • Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them within 7 days. For items that meet the return requirements, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after inspection.

  • For returns due to personal reasons, original shipping fees (including curbside delivery, in-home delivery, and white-glove service) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it immediately. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, repair, or other remedy.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
