What is the best way to place an order?

The easiest way to place an order is online through our website or by contacting your dedicated Sales Consultant. If you need help with design, configuration, or have any product questions, please email support@yeerolehome.com for prompt assistance or to be connected with your consultant.

When will my order arrive?

We know you're excited to experience the signature comfort of YEEROLE. You can find the estimated lead time in your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification along with tracking details for all parcels. Please note that delivery timelines begin only after the order has been dispatched.

How can I check my delivery status?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

Can I still change my order after placing it?

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

We’re truly sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please email a photo of the affected item(s) to our Customer Happiness Team at support@yeerolehome.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Can I throw away my packaging or boxes?

We recommend keeping your original packaging until you’re certain you’ll be keeping your order. Please note that we’re unable to provide replacement boxes for returns.

What is Zero Gravity Wellness Mode™?

Zero Gravity Wellness Mode™ is the ultimate self-care ritual designed to promote deep relaxation, recovery, and stress relief.

Our signature recliners now offer three positions:
1. Seated
2. Relaxed
3. Zero Gravity

Wellness Mode™Developed by our R&D team and inspired by decades of NASA research, Zero Gravity Wellness Mode™ gently elevates the body into its most natural, neutral posture—reclined at 155 degrees with legs positioned slightly above the heart.

This restorative position enhances blood circulation, reduces swelling, and alleviates neck and back discomfort. By easing physical tension and calming the nervous system, it helps reduce anxiety and foster full-body relaxation.

How far should my coffee table be from the recliner?

To ensure full range of motion when fully reclined at 155 degrees, we recommend allowing 22 inches of clearance between your recliner and the coffee table. This provides ample space for smooth, unrestricted reclining.

How are the cushions customizable?

Our back cushions feature adjustable pillow inserts, allowing you to tailor the comfort to your liking. Want more support? Simply add 1–3 inserts. Prefer a softer feel? Remove one or more. Designed for all preferences, our cushions adapt to you.

Does the reclining couch need to be plugged in?

Yes — all YEEROLE reclining seats require continuous power and must be plugged in at all times to operate.

Each reclining seat has its own power cord. Even when used in a sectional configuration, each recliner must be plugged in separately. To keep things tidy, we’ve designed the wiring to remain hidden, requiring only one cord per seat for a clean, streamlined look.

Not enough outlets? We recommend using a surge-protected power strip to safely connect multiple recliners.

Using a Power Bank
While not officially supported, some customers have successfully used portable power banks to power their recliners — a convenient solution when placing a sofa in the middle of the room without nearby outlets.Please note that we do not endorse or guarantee the performance of any third-party power banks.

How does my Homebody recliner remote work?

Every YEEROLE recliner includes a wireless remote for effortless control. It features two simple buttons—one to recline, and one to return the seat to its upright position. You can store the remote in the built-in pocket located on the headrest for easy access.

Before first use, the remote needs to be charged. You'll find it tucked inside the headrest pocket. To charge, plug it into the built-in Charging & Motion Station using the USB-C cord located under the seat cushion on your right side. A full charge takes about one hour.

If your remote isn’t responding, it may need to be re-synced. Unplug the recliner, then disconnect the power box cord from the adapter box. Press and hold both buttons on the remote until the indicator light flashes, then release. Reconnect everything and plug it back in.

What materials are your seat cushions made of?

At YEEROLE, each seat cushion is thoughtfully engineered using high-quality, multi-layered materials to strike the perfect balance of comfort, support, and durability—designed for modern living.

Memory Foam Blend
A layer of high-density memory foam delivers plush comfort with gentle bounce and long-lasting support.

Lavender Breathable Foam
Infused with open-cell structure for superior breathability and pressure relief—keeping you cool and comfortable even during long sitting sessions.

High-Resilience Foam
Made from top-grade polyurethane, this core provides outstanding elasticity and pressure distribution. Built to last over 10 years without sagging.

Luxurious Duvet-Alternative Top Layer
Adds a cloud-like softness on top of the foam core for that “sink-in” feeling. Prefer a firmer seat? Simply flip the cushion to use the foam side.

OEKO-TEX® Certified Performance Fabric
All covers are made from eco-conscious, high-performance fabrics that are water-repellent, easy to clean, and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified—free from PFAS, PFCs, toxic flame retardants, or any “forever chemicals.”

What is the foam density rating of your cushions?

Our cushions feature a foam density of 3.2 lbs per cubic foot (PCF) — placing them firmly in the high-density, high-durability category. This premium rating ensures long-lasting support, excellent shape retention, and exceptional comfort over years of daily use.

Do the cushions need frequent fluffing?

Not at all! YEEROLE cushions are designed to be low-maintenance while staying full, supportive, and incredibly comfortable over time.

We use two key materials to ensure lasting loft and comfort:

Luxury Down-Alternative Fiber Layer
A cloud-like top layer made from hypoallergenic, vegan, cruelty-free down-alternative fibers. Unlike traditional down cushions, this layer resists sagging and holds its shape—no fluffing required to maintain a plush, full appearance.

Triple-Layer High-Resilience Foam Core
The cushion interior combines memory foam, Lavender Bounce Foam, and high-density support foam. This advanced structure ensures the cushion bounces back after every sit, delivering long-term support and shape retention without the need for adjustment.

Not at all. Our seat cushions are securely fastened to the base using discreet Velcro attachments, ensuring they stay firmly in place. You can sit, lounge, or stretch out without worrying about any slipping or shifting.
